![]() Delivery of yearbooks is usually in early spring. Class pictures are usually shipped to the school after Picture Retake Day to provide the opportunity for every student to be included. Generally, class portraits and yearbooks are delivered separately. I ordered a class picture and/or the yearbook, and it wasn't included in my picture package? We will reprint the pictures and mail them directly to your home. Please contact us and include the child's name, address, phone number, school, Student PIN#, and correct background choice. If you ordered a yearbook, they will arrive in early spring. Please note, if a class picture was ordered, you will receive it at a later date. Retouching - Retouching adds a special glow to the portraits with a gentle softening of the facial features. What is Retouching and Premium Retouching? This information will make distribution for a student with multiple orders easier. Why do you ask our relationship to the student we are ordering for? You will receive a high resolution image of your child with the background and pose you ordered for your package. The Standard Digital Download can be added to packages 1-5 for only $10. The Deluxe Digital Download contains a high resolution image of your child on every background we offer for that season. Both options include a printable copyright release as an image in the file. Please allow approximately two weeks for your Digital Download to be processed and sent to you. Please note the Digital Download has replaced the Photo CD option - you will not receive a physical CD. When pictures are ready, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your photos. How does the Digital Download option work? You can also submit your order on retake day or mail it to our office. There will be instructions on how to view and place your order. If it is after this time, please wait until your student brings home their Cover Booklet Proof. Please contact us if you need help locating your code. You can still place an order online until 8am the morning after picture day using either the School Code or your student Personal Webcode. My child had pictures taken but I forgot to send money on picture day. You can contact us within 24 hours to make adjustments to your order.
